~ MOST IMPORTANT – You agree Countywide Home Inspections Inc. only services a limited amount of accounts so customer service is not compromised. You understand if you waive the small $26 per month “Placeholder Fee”, there is no guarantee we will have services for you at the time when you need them. WE GREATLY APPOLOGIZE if this happens but in order to provide the services you expect from us, we keep our customers very limited. OUR GOAL IS TO FREE UP YOUR PERSONAL TIME & GIVE YOU PEACE OF MIND, period.

EXAMPLE HOW THIS WORKS – With the “Placeholder Fee included, when away, your monthly video-watch service will be $125 per month. When you arrive and we are not needed to come back for a certain amount of time, the monthly fee is only $26.

~ PERKS – While active (Signed up for Placeholder Fee) in using our Video Home Watch Services, any Insurance Reports involving a Wind Mitigation, 4pt Insp. and Roof Certificates on your home are 50% off normal price! AND we still come back for free within a years time for any report update due to improvements or repair from the previous inspection!

~ PERKS – While active (Signed up for Placeholder Fee) in using our Video Home Watch Services, any Home Inspection needed when purchasing a new investment here in the Florida Keys, will be 30% off normal price!

~ All payments are made from this page. A custom payment button will be created for special services.

~ Because all services have some type of custom requirement, payments must be received before video, photos, comments etc are uploaded to your online account for viewing. Basic service is defined by servicing your property once a month. You are notified by Text AND Email with a Text Link to your online account to view your information. All dated videos are stored in your account for viewing (THIS CAN BE INVALUABLE FOR ANY INSURANCE CLAIMS). 

~ You agree that Countywide Home Inspections Inc. will not be held liable for any damage on property or in dwellings. We take great care to send you information you are hiring us to perform.

~ You will never be locked in a service contract. Start and Stop service as needed. If service is completely stopped , IT HAS TO BE BEFORE YOU ARE BILLED. REMEMBER YOUR BILLING STATEMENTS. Once all services are cancelled, your online account will be closed within 30 days. If you decide in the future to re-activate your services with us at the SAME PROPERTY (AWESOME!), you will be able to continue where you left off.

~ You agree Countywide Home Inspections Inc. has no control over weather, road conditions and sudden life changing events. We highly recommend that you download your online video info from time to time as a backup! Countywide will not be responsible for any lost material if something catastrophic happens to our website. You will always be notified through TEXT and or EMAIL and or PHONE CALL if services will be delayed.
